ULTROIL® WM 1001 Casing Cleaner

Dissolves and disperses waste even at low dosages and under high salinity.

To boost performance in the oil well exploration stage, Oxiteno recommends the use of Casing Cleaners, biodegradable formulation solutions that have a proprietary combination of ingredients to dissolve and disperse oil-based or synthetic fluid residues. As a result, pipelines and metal surfaces are free of drilling fluid sediments, even at low application rates or high salinity.

Readily biodegradable and APE-free, ULTROIL^® WM 1001 delivers high cleaning performance as it is compliant with various brine environments (NaCl, CaCl₂). The solution provides oil-based mud residue emulsification, removes grease and oil-soluble compounds.

With its formulation (BTEX / NPE free), it features a concentrated surfactant package, which can be diluted up to 8%.
