Solvent ULTRASOLVE® H 2300

Great solvency power to provide high stability and low viscosity

Comprised by products with different chemical functions, ethers and esters, and variable evaporation rates, from slow to fast, the ULTRASOLVE® solvent line can serve different segments such as automotive, industrial paints, wood paints, and printing (rotogravure and flexography).

THE ULTRASOLVE® H 2300 solvent is a new ethylene derivative solvent for automotive and industrial paints that provides high performance. It is an active solvent with excellent solvency power for different polymeric paint systems, such as polyurethanes, acrylics, polyesters, nitrocellulose, among others, providing high stability and low viscosity.

The product has a proper evaporation behavior to ensure balanced evaporation, helping in the film formation and avoiding boiling. Evaporation curves show that the ULTRASOLVE® H 2300 solvent has a low evaporation rate, which means that it can be used as a retarder solvent in thinner formulations. Due to the slow evaporation, the ULTRASOLVE® H 2300 solvent will be present in the final stage of film formation, ensuring stability and the final film’s quality, allowing balanced evaporation and avoiding boiling.

Why choose the ULTRASOLVE ® H 2300 solvent?

  • High solvency power;
  • Excellent film formation and final finishing of paints;
  • Urethane grade (low water content);
  • Prevents boiling;
  • Low risk in the GHS classification;
  • Low odor.
