ULTRAWET® 110 Non-emulsifier

High-Performance additive that prevents hydrocarbon liquids from mixing with the injected fluids.

ULTRAWET^® 110 is specially designed to prevent the formation of an emulsion in oil wells before the production stage. During stimulation operations, water, oil, and acid-based fluids are injected into the well, filling the formation pores and reaching the oil reservoirs. Depending on the intensity of the flow and the conditions applied, these fluids can interact with the oil to form viscous emulsions, causing several problems in the reservoir and, ultimately, a drop in oil production.

When added to injected fluids, ULTRAWET^® 110 acts as a barrier in the layer between oil and fluid, preventing the formation of emulsion, helping to maintain fluid properties, and protecting the oil in the reservoir. The recommended concentration is 0.1 to 0.5% by volume of the total fluid formulation. ULTRAWET^® 110 is particularly recommended for the prevention of emulsion formation when performing completion and stimulation in reservoirs.
